It was within walking distance of Port Jefferson Village and its many amenities, shops, and restaurants, and also had its own lovely backyard and pool to enjoy on nights at home.

Our Selling Strategy

We listed the home on Thanksgiving weekend of 2020. Potential buyers were home and off of work, so it was a great time to grab their interest. I was able to host a successful open house, drawing the new owners from out of state to view the home, where they fell in love with everything about it.

After nine short days the home was under contract. The longtime home owners were happy to welcome a new family to Long Island and Port Jefferson Village to carry on the love that has flowed through these walls from day one.
