 Hi! I’m Jessica Sullivan!

Deep in the Heart of Texas

Born and raised in Texas, I naturally have an affinity for good old fashion tex mex on the table!  Spending summers in the Hill Country of Texas at my grandparents’ home in Lott, there were more fire ants than people (that’s how I learned to dance!). Watching my grandmother's skill as a social butterfly, I learned to nurture relationships in a kind and thoughtful way. Grandma knew everyone in town, and was always checking in on them for their families' latest news.

Santa Barbara > San Francisco > San Rafael

In high school I discovered my passion for photography, and decided to master this trade by attending Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA.  I graduated with a BA in Commercial Photography and afterwards moved up from Santa Barbara to the ‘one and only’, vibrant San Francisco.  At last I felt at home in California!

While expecting our first child my husband and I moved just north of San Francisco to San Rafael in Marin County. After having our second child and living in California for 12 years, our family made the leap to move cross-country to New York to be closer to family and friends!

My Real Estate Journey

We welcomed our third child in 2018, and I realized that I wanted a more rewarding career, with challenges and an opportunity to help other families feel “at home” too.  I buckled down and took the real estate licensing course for New York and acquired my Real Estate license in May of 2019.  Since the start of my career, I have immersed myself in the dynamic world of real estate, and familiarize myself with its unique intricacies; I love that there is never a dull moment!

Throughout the course of a meaningful mentorship program under EXP Realty with agent Shaughnessy Dusling, my knowledge was nurtured and expanded exponentially  from the basic licensing course.  I received my Sellers Representative Specialist designation through NYSAR in July 2021 which has allowed me to represent sellers at a higher capacity. In January of 2022 I gained my SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation to better help the 50+ community of sellers.

Helping Others Feel “At Home”

Working with sellers has quickly become my favorite part of being a real estate salesperson.  Here, I hone in on those skills I learned from my Grandmother, and cultivate relationships with my sellers as a community.  Getting to know my clients as friends and neighbors  allows me to better  help them complete the big undertaking of selling their most prized possession; their HOME.  Being able to do this puts ease on their part.

Hearing clients say, “You’ve made this so easy and not stressful!” makes me know I’m doing what I love and helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
