Yes, we vet and verify prospective tenants and complete background checks on them. Our clients want tenants who’ll pay their rent on time and be respectful of the property, and our goal is to find them tenants with whom they can have a good landlord/tenant relationship.
Do you market and show the property?
Renting your home or apartment is a lot like selling a house, and we put the same effort in a rental as we would a home. We market the rental and take care of showings for you, just like we would a home sale.
