The Learning Tower is an educational toy store in Port Jeff Station. It’s my go-to spot when buying gifts for birthday parties or Christmas for my kids and niece and nephews. They stock a wide, well-curated variety of options to choose from and it’s run by the sweetest owners who love what they do and enjoy helping you find the perfect item.

Reasons to Live in and Move to Port Jefferson Station

Port Jeff Station is a really lovely place to live and raise your family (I live there myself!). I love its strong community feel and great suburban setting. It’s conveniently located to major highways and roads like Route 347, Nicolls Road, and Route 112 so you can easily access the Northern State Parkway and Long Island Expressway to get around Long Island, plus there’s an LIRR station right in Port Jefferson Station with a direct route to NYC’s Penn Station.

Port Jeff Station is just up the hill from charming Port Jefferson Village (you can easily get an Uber for nights out on the town), and a short drive away from Setauket and Stony Brook. If you’re heading to points east, all you have to do is get on 347 and head 10-15 minutes east to the great beaches and restaurants of Mount Sinai, Miller Place, and Rocky Point.
